Very efficient and quick check-in process. Neat and clean room, great delicious breakfast is included. All Staff I encountered were friendly. Very close to airport. Shuttle service provided.

location and verify friendly and positive attitude staff. I would like to mentioned the wonderful staff who have carried out their duties with extra mile service. Mr Ram at reception and who also helped me to carry baggage to room and he is very attention to detail, confidence in his explainations and willingness. finally, the way he presented the bill, wonderful. Ms Ranjani, who served breakfast, very welcoming and calm, understood guests requirements and politely, proactively taken initiatives to make the guest feel as home. thank you both and everyone.

Their restaurant staff was super welcoming and accommodating. We are very grateful to Chef Mukkil who kept insisting to make fresh "Gobi Manchurian" and made us super happy with his hospitality by offering so many other dishes to us.. It was the efforts of Mukkil which turned our negative experience into a positive one. Because of this hospitality along with other restaurant staff I am giving this property a 5+Star rating. Thank you Mukkil.

My recently stay and it was an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the main attractions and beautiful surroundings. The food was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options for every meal. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, always friendly, attentive, and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!!

Everything was perfect for me, everything😍 I came in late at night and went straight to my room and had a beautiful sleep. Room was clean and in the morning, I tried the buffet breakfast. It was very very good. The head chef went out of his way to make something special for me, when he found out I have a gluten intolerance, even though most of the food on the buffet table, had no gluten in it. He was being nice. It was a short stay, but I will definitely come back, next time I visit Coimbatore.

Perfect 10 couldn’t fault this property, extremely comfortable & spotless everywhere in the premises. Exceptional service from the lovely & pleasant staff. A huge shout out to the breakfast staff especially Mukkil ( chef) all of you honestly made our stay pleasurable,thank you for looking after us. We will definitely recommend & hopefully come back again.

Hospitality of all staffs n Accommodating attitude adhere by all from the drivers to top Supervisory post staffs. Very impressed by this gesture. Please keep it up. Not forgetting the Restaurant team, we bothered them at late hours for dinner as some of our relatives came late...and guess what? They did not hesitate to provide food for all by understanding our situation.Great work guys. Please kindly keep this attitude n strive more.
